Truecaller for Android has now received a new update in the Google Play Store. The latest update coming to Truecaller is with version 8. T Reliance Jio Infocomm has extended the deadline for subscriptions to its paid plans till April 15, and waived off monthly recharges for the next three months to all those who register in that time, intensifying a brutal price war being waged in the market. As expected, the services are not going to end today as Jio has extended the deadline of Happy New Year until April 15, 2017. Also, users can enroll under the JioPrime subscription plan till April 15, which means another two weeks from now. So, those enrolling into Jio Prime by April 15 by paying Rs 99 along with their first purchase of the telco’s Rs 303 or other plans of higher amounts will get services till July end on a “complimentary basis,” under the “Summer Surprise” offer, the company said in a statement Friday. LeEco is running through financial burden currently and had to wrap up their ambitious plan in USA.They have listed their 49-acre swath in Silicon Valley set for the site of its future US headquarters. Reliance Jio’s ‘Happy New Year’ plan ends today which is also the end of free services being given to consumers for almost six months. From April 1 onwards, Jio users will have to pay for the data services. However, to soften the blow Reliance Jio is likely to come up with disruptive tariff plans in the next couple of days to yet again create buzz in the industry, according to reports. A Business Insider report said that in the next couple of days starting from 1st of April, the company will study consumer behavior on three key aspects. The company will see how many of its users have opted for tariff plans apart from the Jio Prime users. Secondly it will observe the number of people wanting to port their connections and thirdly it will observe the number of people discarding their Jio SIM. ACT Fibernet launched its 1Gbps (Giga speeds) wired broadband service in Hyderabad, making it the first Internet Service Provider in India to launch Gigabit broadband for customers in India. It was launched by Shri. K. Taraka Rama Rao, Minister for IT, Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Industries (MAUD). It costs Rs. 5,999 per month and comes with 1TB FUP after that speed will be throttled to 10 Mbps. Installation charges is Rs. 5000 since 50 to 60 meters of wiring needs to be changed. ACT Fibernet said that its 1Gbps launch will leapfrog Hyderabad internet speeds to 400x national average, compared to average internet speeds in India which is at 2.5 Mbps. ACT Fibernet said that its 1Gbps wired internet service will be available in all the 11 cities it operates in coming months.

After unveiling Galaxy S8 and S8+ yesterday at a event in New York,the company has already announced pricing and availability of these two smartphones in the US. Pre-orders has already started in Canada for both the smartphones.The official launch date is set for 21st April by Samsung which could happen a little earlier also.Canadian carrier Telus has now confirmed the availability of Samsung Galaxy S8 on their network. The company has said that deliveries will start as early as 17th April. Bell, the cellular network provider in Canada, has also listed the flagship on it’s website. Karbonn has now introduced another budget smartphone in India. The latest smartphone from Karbonn is dubbed as Karbonn Aura Power 4G. The device comes with a 5-inch HD (1280x720p) display. The display is covered with 2.5D curved glass. It has got a quad-core 1.3GHz processor of unknown make but most probably from MediaTek. There is a Gigabyte of RAM in the Karbonn Aura Power 4G.
