MediaTek to get into the car market in the first quarter 2017


MediaTek yesterday(11/29) announced its entry into the automotive chip market, from the image-based advanced driving support system (Vision-based ADAS), high-precision millimeter-wave radar (mmWave), automotive infotainment system (In-Vehicle Infotainment and Telematics, and will provide global automotive manufacturers with complete and highly integrated system solutions for networking and auto-driving.MediaTek is expected to release the first quarter of 2017, the first wave of automotive chip solutions. 



Future MediaTek will also be in the SoC system, single-chip design, multimedia capabilities and wireless connectivity and other technical advantages used in automotive chips, provide driving force for future driving.
