Zuk Edge leaked in White-Gold color

We have come across may leaks and rumours of Zuk Edge from the last couple of weeks. The leak was in black color. Now a white-gold color Zuk edge have surface in leak recently. So we can presume that it will come in both the colors variant. It looks exactly the same like the black one. What that does for us is give us a much better idea of body proportions and screen-to-body ratio (pretty good) than the previous murky shots. Also it serves as yet another confirmation that the ZUK Edge won't be much of an Edge, in the curved  screen sense - just some 2.5D glass treatment. As for specs, TENNA's  listing was pretty detailed and we know that the FullHD 5.5-incher will be powered by the Snapdragon 821 and will sport a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing one. While the Chinese regulator quoted 4GB of RAM, an Antutu  listing later cited 6GB, so there may be two versions. Today's leak gives us another number, though, and that's price - at CNY 2,699 ($390), ...

Zuk Edge is coming next week

If you are waiting for Zuk Edge then there is good new for you as it will be launching next week confrim CEO. He has shared a picture of the Zuk Edge smartphone with box like earlier leaked box. Although he hasn’t revealed any specific date of launch but it will be launched in next week. The new ZUK manages to score an impressive 160,000 on Antutu, but what’s more interesting for us is the  hardware  in the device. Sporting a model number Z2151, the benchmark listing reveals a full-HD dual edge curved display.                         A previous  TENNA  listing hinted at a 5.5-inch display, but it’s not clear how Lenovo will make use of the  curved display . Samsung uses the  curved screen  on the Galaxy S7 edge for notifications, news ticker and shortcuts.  Live leak image of Zuk edge The ZUK Edge is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 quad-core SoC clocked at 2....

Zuk Edge with 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 821 & Android Nougat spotted on AnTuTu

Recently  we reported about a new smartphone from Zuk. The upcoming smartphone from Zuk is the Zuk Edge.  Lenovo’s ZUK sub brand are after the Xiaomi  Mi Mix now with a new super phone of its own the ZUK Edge.  ZUK must have had an idea that the Xiaomi Mi Mix  was going to launch as it’s not taken the Lenevo  backed brand all that long to reveal they have plans to launch a similar device. Over the past week images of both the phone and the package of the ZUK Edge have leaked, and today we have some benchmarks to look at. Samsung uses the curved screen on the Galaxy S7 edge fo...

ZUK’s CEO revealed incoming Android 7.0 update for the ZUK Z2

Earlier today, ZUK’s CEO Chang Chen has revealed on his Weibo blog that the Android 7.0 update will soon be seeding to all the ZUK Z2 smartphones – although he doesn’t specifically mentioned when it’ll be officially rolled out. A screenshot of a ZUK Z2 running on Android Nougat was also being shared by him, hinting that the device had already completed its testing phase. Back in May when the ZUK Z2 was first unveiled, the company had promised its users that the device will be upgraded to Android Nougat in the near future and it seems like they have indeed live up to their promises. New leaked images of Zuk Edge shows smartphone without curved display

Earlier we reported leak  image of Lenevo new smart phone under Zuk branding. The next Zuk smartphone will be called Zuk Edge. The device was spotted on Weibo in a total of three stills. Two of them are quite blurry and reveal little extra detail. However, they do show the handset booting with a ZUK logo and then running, what is presumed to be an Android 6.0 Marshmallow ROM. The third photo appears to be a lot more interesting. It offers a closeup view of the top part of the phone and thus a more detailed look at the design. Better still, the unit in question is white, as opposed to the black one TENAA received for its obligatory shots. This makes it a lot easier to make out the design and oddly enough, from the looks of things, it appears the Edge moniker might have been misunderstood. Leaked specifications: 5.5-inch full HD curved Edge display 4GB of RAM 64GB of internal storage Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor 13MP main camera 8MP fro...

Lenovo ZUK Edge leaks, launch soon

ZUK is a Lenovo’s sub-brand specialized in high cost-effective devices, the  ZUK Z2  is an obvious example of that. The smartphone came with a Snapdragon 820 and a sub-$250 price tag, an amazing value for money at the time (and probably still). With this in mind, we are really excited to see a ZUK Edge possibly coming out very soon. The launch of the smartphone has been somewhat confirmed by a photo shared by ZUK’s CEO himself — Chang Cheng — on Chinese social media. The image shows the logo “ZUK Edge” on a sheet of paper and it probably hints at two different variants of the smartphone to be in production, a black and a white one. Ali the name itself gives us an idea of what we can expect; even though the TENAA image is not that clear, the “Edge” moniker suggest a dual curved display, just like on the  Xiaomi Mi Note 2 . That would be a really exciting addition if they keep prices low as they’ve done in the past. ZUK Ed...

Vivo X7 Obsidian Black Edition Looks Eerily Similar to Jet Black iPhone 7

Whil e  Apple  still continues to face the wrath of some for persisting with the age-old design on the new  iPhone 7 , it’s no secret that they still continue to  inspire  Android OEMs. Well, the  Vivo X7   seems to be perfect testament of the same, as the Chinese firm has now launched an  Obsidian Black Special Edition  variant of their product, which looks eerily similar to the  Jet Black  version of this year’s iPhones (which is  prone for scratches ) The introduction of the new Obsidian Black Edition isn’t quite surprising though, as last year itself, in light of the new iPhone 6S launch, we had seen  Samsung   and  Sony  launch  Rose Gold  variants of their flagship Note 5 and Xperia Z smartphones respectively. That said, the Jet Black variant of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus can’t be termed revolutionary as we have seen some Android phones being launched with this color even before. Rat her S...
